Techno Functional role. Specific contribution expected from the role: Agile Project Manager to lead enterprise deployment and sustainment operations, including release management, hypercare, incident handling, and BAU support. Drive Agile/Scrum execution, stakeholder alignment, and cross-functional coordination with strong operational governance. Mandatory expertise in ServiceNow (incident, problem, change, and release workflows). Ability to independently manage end-to-end deployment activities with minimal client support. Location: Remote. Shift Timing: Normal (Day Shift).

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Agile Project Manager with strong expertise in Deployment and Sustainability operations within enterprise environments.

• The candidate should have hands-on experience managing release deployments, hypercare, incident management, defect triage, change management, SLA governance, and BAU support processes.
• Strong working knowledge of ServiceNow, including incident, problem, change, and release management workflows, is mandatory.
• The individual should be well-versed with Agile/Scrum methodologies, stakeholder management, operational governance, and cross-functional coordination.
• The expectation is for the candidate to independently lead deployment and sustain activities with minimal client-side training or handholding.
