Logistics Support Coordinator

Job Title: Logistics Support Coordinator Location: Quncy, MA 02109Onsite) Duration: 12 Months + Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM Job Summary We are seeking a Temporary Logistics Support Coordinator to join a fast-paced facilities and logistics team. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational, communication, and hands-on skills, along with the ability to support day-to-day logistics operations across multiple locations. This role will also assist with large-scale relocation and facility support projects as needed. The candidate should be comfortable using basic hand tools such as cordless drills, tape measures, and levels, and must be able to regularly lift 35-50 pounds. Key Responsibilities Process incoming and outgoing mail within assigned buildings Deliver packages from UPS, FedEx, and other courier services to internal departments Set up and break down conference rooms for meetings and events Assist with office modular furniture setup and breakdown Travel between multiple sites including Boston and Quincy locations to support logistics and mailroom operations Coordinate with agency staff, vendors, landlords, and internal support teams Enter and track requests in the CA facilities ticketing system Support general facilities and logistical operations as assigned Required Skills & Qualifications 3+ years of logistics, mailroom, facilities, or related experience Prior mailroom and package handling experience required Experience setting up conference rooms and office workspaces Ability to work effectively with multiple agencies and departments Comfortable using basic tools and performing hands‑on tasks Strong organizational and multitasking skills Ability to regularly lift and move 35-50 pounds Basic computer/data entry skills for ticketing systems and operational tracking #J-18808-Ljbffr LinQ Global
