Essential Functions Responsible for greeting prospects, guests and visitors as they arrive to the community. Provide a personalized experience, with emphasis on care and convenience for future and current residents. Engage with residents, fostering an ongoing, positive relationship while confirming their expectations are being fulfilled. Respond to resident complaints and concerns in a timely and professional manner, ensuring each situation is resolved satisfactorily. Act as the communication center, providing residents with community happenings daily, weekly, or monthly via the computer portal and postings. Plan, promote and deliver resident events and activities that provide value beyond the apartment walls. Identify, communicate and implement opportunities to improve resident happiness and service. Qualifications Must have at least 1 year of excellent customer service experience and ability to pass a fair housing exam. Relevant experience in resident engagement and customer service is required. Effective written and verbal communication skills. Experience with file audits, customer service and resident engagement is a must. Ability to work independently without direct supervision. Knowledge of operations software used at the property level; Outlook, Internet software, Excel, and Word. Current driver’s license and auto insurance. Ability to work weekends and overtime as required by the job. Salary Information $26.00 per hour.
