Documentation Specialist Connected Logistics builds secure, mission-critical IT and logistics solutions for the U.S. Army and other federal stakeholders. Connected Logistics is seeking a Documentation Specialist for the Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Commercial and Government Entity (CAGE) Program Office, located in Battle Creek, MI. Key Responsibilities Gathers, analyzes, and composes technical information to support the CAGE Program Office in support of its mission. Conducts research and ensures the use of proper technical terminology and compliance with DLA document standards. For applications built to run in a Windows environment, uses the standard help compiler to prepare all on-line documentation. Requirements Five (5) years relevant experience Experience in technical writing and documentation pertaining to all aspects of IT Experience in preparing technical documentation, including conducting research on applicable standards Must possess IT-II Non-Critical Sensitive security clearance or Tier 3 Secret Required Skills: Superior communications skills both written and oral. Prior experience with writing or editing technical documentation Proficient with MS Office products. Solid command of English grammar and technical style Possess a technical vocabulary of computer development terms Demonstrated experience and ability to work independently or under only general direction. This is a good-faith range based on factors such as your experience, geographic location, and any applicable contractual requirements, and may vary slightly.
