Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and goals. Implement therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques, and modalities to promote rehabilitation and pain relief. Monitor and document patient progress, adjusting treatment plans as needed. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure coordinated patient care. Provide patient and family education on injury prevention and rehabilitation techniques. Qualifications: Master's degree or Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. Active and unrestricted state licensure as a Physical Therapist. Professional experience in a skilled nursing facility (SNF) preferred. Strong clinical reasoning and decision-making skills. Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities. Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team environment. COVID-19 Requirement: Must have a professional SNF and WV license. COVID-19 exemption accepted at this facility.
