HOSPICE CARE STAFF

We are seeking compassionate, dependable, and caring healthcare professionals to provide exceptional support and comfort to patients and their families during an important stage of life.
POSITIONS AVAILABLE

• Registered Nurses (RN)
• Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN)
• Certified Nursing Assistants (CNA)
• These are remote opportunities, must have a clean MVR

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide compassionate, patient-centered care
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and personal care
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition
• Follow individualized care plans
• Provide comfort and emotional support to patients and families
• Communicate effectively with nurses, physicians, families, and care teams
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation
• Follow hospice, safety, and infection-control procedures
• Respect patient dignity, privacy, preferences, and end-of-life wishes

QUALIFICATIONS

• Appropriate license, certification, or experience for the position
• Hospice experience required
• Compassionate and patient-focused attitude
• Reliable, professional, and dependable
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to provide respectful and empathetic care
