Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth assessments and evaluations to understand the diverse mental health challenges faced by clients, ensuring the creation of effective and individualized treatment plans.

  • Facilitate individual therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques designed to promote personal growth and emotional healing.

  • Collaboratively establish therapeutic goals with clients and regularly track their progress, adjusting strategies as necessary to foster optimal outcomes.

  • Provide teletherapy services to clients who may experience barriers to in-person attendance, ensuring continuous support regardless of their circumstances.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In your role, you will work with a diverse array of clientele, including couples, children, and families. We particularly encourage clinicians with experience addressing the unique needs of clients of color and individuals within the LGBTQIA community. Your sensitivity to cultural nuances and dedication to providing a safe space for all clients will be instrumental in their healing process.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's Degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.
  • \n
  • Current Licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Arizona.
  • \n
  • A minimum of 2 years of full-time counseling experience, demonstrating a strong foundation in therapeutic practices.
  • \n
  • Familiarity or experience with various therapeutic modalities and an eagerness to employ these methods in a practice setting.

Preferred Experience\n

Experience working with a variety of clients, including but not limited to couples, children, and teens, is preferred. Additionally, those with backgrounds in serving clients from diverse cultural backgrounds, especially clients of color and the LGBTQIA community, will find an advantageous fit within our organization.

Compensation and Benefits\n
