Pain Management Physician

Holy Cross Medical Group has an exciting full-time opportunity for an experienced Pain Management Physicianto join our growing team in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. This position is part of a multidisciplinary Spine & Pain program, offering a highly collaborative environment alongside Neurosurgery, Orthopedics, Physical Therapy, and Behavioral Health. The selected candidate will be based out of the Orthopedic Center in Fort Lauderdale. We are seeking a physician who is passionate about delivering comprehensive, patient-centered pain care while helping to shape and expand a high-performing Spine & Pain program. Candidate Requirements & Experience Fellowship-trained in Pain Management, including medication management 5+ years of independent practice experience preferred Demonstrated success in building or maintaining a procedural pain practice Balanced clinic + procedural schedulewith focus on access, productivity, and throughput Opportunity to help grow and shape the program, with potential leadership involvement The ideal candidate will bring expertise in a broad and advanced procedural portfolio, including: Epidural injections Radiofrequency ablations Jointinjections Spinal cord stimulation (trials and implants) Neuromodulation techniques Peripheral nerve stimulation Intrathecal pump management Advanced spine interventions Practice Model & Expectations Balanced schedule including clinic and procedural time Participation in a high-efficiency, access-driven care model Focus on productivity, patient access, and throughput optimization Active collaboration within a team-based care model, including working closely with Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) Participation in a triage and access modelto ensure timely patient care RECRUITMENT PACKAGE The Holy Cross Medical Group offers an excellent compensation and benefit package for employed providers including: Competitive Salary with income guarantee Health, Dental, Vision, Malpractice, Life and Disability Insurance Paid Time Off CME Reimbursement - $2500 annually 403b Retirement #J-18808-Ljbffr
