Traveling Physical Therapist Opportunity in Muenster, TX

Minimum Requirements
- Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program approved by the APTA.
- Active Texas Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment.
- BLS certification from the American Heart Association or American Red Cross may be required.
- Experience working in outpatient orthopedic and post-surgical populations preferred.
- Willingness to evaluate and treat geriatric patients and provide care for swing-bed patients when requested.
- Ability to work independently in a hospital outpatient setting and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in rural or small community hospital settings preferred.
- Prior travel therapy experience preferred.
Assignment Details
- Shift schedule: 8-hour days, 40 hours per week (typical schedule 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM with a 30-minute lunch).
- Primary setting: outpatient clinic with occasional swing-bed coverage as needed.
- May be asked to float or cover other units within the hospital as required.
