Design Engineer

Bridging the gap between design and engineering, the full-time remote Design Engineer will architect front-end solutions, implement complex UI components, and create intuitive interfaces that enhance user experiences for legal professionals. Key responsibilities Architect and implement complex UI components and systems that balance aesthetics with technical performance Lead the technical implementation and evolution of the design system across marketing Create prototypes to explore new interaction models and validate design concepts for legal workflows Required qualifications 5+ years of experience in front-end development with a strong design sensibility Expert-level knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript/TypeScript, and React Deep experience with modern front-end frameworks, preferably React Strong understanding of design systems and component-based architecture Proven ability to translate design concepts into production-ready code
