We are seeking a Network IT Technician to join our team! You will help support and maintain company and customer computers, servers, devices, like video cameras, communication systems and radiation monitoring devices, as well as Temperature and water detection wireless devices. Any device that will wirelessly connect to the network could be in our toolbox.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze, troubleshoot, and evaluate existing wired and wireless network systems and devices
• Handle repairs and exchanges of defective devices
• Collaborate on the improvement of network design and connectivity
• Perform routine network maintenance
• Maintain inventory of network electronics
• Train customers on technology provided by IIS.
• Suggest ways to improve customers use of IIS provided equipment
• Be a problem solver try to find answer by individual research prior to requesting support.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in IT or other related fields
• Fundamental knowledge of networking, hardware, and software
• Ability to prioritize and multitask
• Strong troubleshooting and critical thinking skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented willing to work 12 hour days when required.
