We are looking for a dynamic and relationship-driven Marketing & Sales Director to help grow our presence in the community and strengthen the bridge between patients, providers, and our in-house team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on making connections, loves building partnerships, and has a passion for creating an exceptional patient experience.

We serve patients requiring specialty infusions for chronic and acute conditions, offering expert nursing care, modern facilities, and a focus on safety, comfort, and clinical excellence.

Marketing & Brand Growth

• Lead the strategy to increase awareness of our services in the community.
  
   
• Manage and grow our social media presence with engaging, creative, and consistent content.
  
   
• Develop and roll out marketing campaigns, events, and outreach initiatives.
  
   
• Oversee the design and distribution of digital and print promotional materials.
  
   

Provider & Community Relationships

• Build trusted relationships with local physicians, clinics, and healthcare organizations to create a strong referral network.
  
   
• Conduct outreach visits and presentations to highlight our services.
  
   
• Identify and pursue new partnership opportunities to expand access to care.
  
   

Patient & Provider Liaison

• Act as the connection point between patients, referring providers, and our in-house team—making sure communication is smooth and seamless.
  
   
• Address patient questions and feedback with professionalism and empathy.
  
   
• Partner with clinical staff to ensure patients feel supported every step of the way.
  
   

Reputation Management

• Monitor and respond to online reviews to maintain a positive reputation.
  
   
• Create strategies to encourage patient feedback and success stories.
  
   
• Track and share marketing results, referral patterns, and community impact.
  
   

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (Master’s a plus).
  
   
• 5+ years of marketing, business development, or sales experience—preferably in healthcare.
  
   
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills with providers and community leaders.
  
   
• Hands-on experience in digital marketing and social media management.
  
   
• Excellent communicator, organized multitasker, and natural problem-solver.
  
   
• Passionate about improving patient experiences and building trust in healthcare.
