Global Head of People, Talent & Operations

OpenFX is seeking a global Head of People to own talent acquisition, people operations, and workforce planning across six hubs, including Miami. This senior role reports to the COO and partners with the CEO on org design, executive hiring, and compensation philosophy.
You will build the function from the ground up to scale from ~50 to 1000+ employees, establishing structured processes, policy, and a high-performance culture that supports rapid growth.
