Physical Therapist Ortho Sports - Palm Beach Gardens

Responsible for the evaluation, re-evaluation, development, and implementation of a plan of care in accordance with the departmental policies/procedures and preferred practice patterns. Job specific duties include participating in interdisciplinary/multidisciplinary meetings, maintaining productivity standards, recording patient documentation, ensuring evidence-based practices, improving access to care, conducting evaluations, maintaining communication with patients and caregivers, developing a plan of care, providing treatments, initiating discharge, maintaining continuing education units, and more.

Minimum job requirements include a Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy, American Heart Association BLS, Florida Professional Physical Therapist license, Level II fingerprinting background, knowledge, skills, and abilities including effective communication, analytical ability, and experience treating infants.
