Job Purpose We are seeking a talented and driven Junior Graphic Designer to join our creative team. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually captivating digital and print assets that align with our brand identity, as well as supporting front-end updates on Shopify and email setup in Klaviyo. Duties and responsibilities Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop engaging and innovative designs for digital and print materials. Create visually appealing graphics, illustrations, and layouts for social media platforms, website banners, email campaigns, and other digital marketing collateral. Assist in video editing, bringing concepts to life with captivating visuals and motion graphics. Develop compelling visuals for packaging, product catalogs, brochures, and other print materials. Update and maintain the front end of our Shopify store to ensure it aligns with our brand identity and delivers a seamless user experience. Set up and design visually engaging email campaigns in Klaviyo, ensuring brand consistency and effective communication. Stay up to date with industry trends and apply best design practices to ensure our brand remains fresh and relevant. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all channels. The ideal candidate will possess: Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects). Demonstrated experience in creating digital and print assets, with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics. Knowledge of social media platforms and experience creating visual content for digital marketing campaigns. Basic video editing skills and familiarity with motion graphics software. Proficiency or experience with Shopify and Klaviyo is highly preferred. Experience or familiarity with HTML and CSS is a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams. A passion for staying up to date with design trends and best practices. Qualifications 0-2 years of relevant industry experience preferred. We welcome recent graduates.
