Registered Nurse - PRN

Summary:

Join a growing healthcare system at LifeBridge Health's Northwest Hospital as a Registered Nurse on our Progressive Care Unit (PCU) . The Progressive Care Unit is a cornerstone of acute patient care, managing 35+ patients with diverse needs including telemetry monitoring, complex cardiac procedures, and medical-surgical recovery .

What You'll Do:

• Deliver high-quality, compassionate nursing care for patients with complex cardiac diagnoses
• Use critical thinking to assess patient status and respond with evidence-based interventions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes
• Participate in ongoing learning with access to clinical educators, in-services, and hands-on training

Experience:

E ssential: Less than one year

• Active Maryland RN license or Compact State license
• ADN or BSN required (BSN preferred)
• BLS required (AHA); ACLS preferred or must be obtained within 6 months of hire
• Previous PCU, telemetry, step-down, or med-surg experience preferred.

Pay Range: $50.00 to $52.50
