Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Dental Implant Treatment Coordinator who is confident, knowledgeable, and passionate about helping patients move forward with life-changing treatment. This role is key in guiding patients through the implant process, from consultation to case acceptance, while ensuring a seamless and supportive experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Present and explain dental implant treatment plans clearly and confidently

Review clinical notes and coordinate with the doctor to ensure accuracy in treatment presentation

Discuss financial options, insurance benefits, and third-party financing

Convert consultations into accepted treatment through effective communication and trust-building

Schedule implant cases and coordinate timelines with clinical staff

Follow up with patients regarding pending treatment

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation

Qualifications:

Minimum 2+ years of experience as a dental treatment coordinator (implant experience required)

Strong understanding of dental implant procedures and terminology

Proven track record of case acceptance and production growth

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Comfortable discussing finances and closing treatment
