Ensure that technology‑enabled outputs reflect current market terms, deal structures, and regulatory realities. Identify, draft, and maintain guidance materials, playbooks, and reference content that support both lawyers and AI‑assisted systems. Serve as a trusted internal resource for real estate lawyers, providing practical legal judgment and guidance while translating substantive expertise into scalable knowledge and technology solutions. Qualifications Demonstrated passion for AI and emerging technology, including a strong perspective on how such tools can be applied to real estate legal practice and workflows. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with appropriate discretion. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with attorneys, technologists, and administrative professionals. Strong initiative and critical‑thinking skills, with the ability to exercise independent judgment in a fast‑paced, evolving environment. Strong organizational and time‑management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines concurrently.
