Associate Attorney

Job Overview McMichael Taylor Gray, LLC is seeking an Associate Attorney in Maryland . No experience is necessary; training will be provided. The ideal applicant is career‑oriented with a strong desire to learn. Credit‑side bankruptcy and litigation experience are a plus. The candidate must prioritize and manage numerous tasks in a high‑volume, fast‑paced environment, communicate professionally at all times, work independently and as part of a team, and provide exceptional customer service. Leadership and management skills are strongly preferred. Job Type Full‑time Key Job Duties Preparation of pleadings and motions. Review of title abstracts and loan documents. Court appearances for motions, conferences, and mediations. Legal research and writing. Written and oral communication with clients, outside counsel, and court personnel. General litigation. Minimum Job Qualifications Admitted to practice in Maryland, including the respective federal district courts. Admission in other states or eligibility to waive is a plus. Positive, respectful, growth‑oriented mentality. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Strong work ethic and ability to balance and prioritize a high‑volume workload. Benefits and Salary Salary commensurate with experience. Competitive benefits package including health, dental, vision, and 401(k). Salary range: $75,000–$100,000 commensurate with experience.
