What makes this role different You'll own hiring across our Go-to-Market organization, with a strong focus on SDRs, Account Executives, Sales leadership , and other revenue-generating roles You'll partner directly with founders and sales leaders on some of the company's highest‑impact hires You'll build talent pipelines before we need them—not after positions open You'll have the freedom to experiment with sourcing strategies and continuously improve our recruiting engine Your hires will directly influence our growth across Europe No waiting for applications.
