Job Specifications Starting Wage: $20.00/hr - $63.84/hr Pay range reflects minimum base wages; instructors may earn more with additional teaching incentives. Employment Type: Winter Seasonal 2026/2027 Shift Type: Full Time and Part Time hours available Minimum Age: At least 16 years of age Housing Availability: No Employee Benefits Ski/Mountain Perks – free passes for employees, discounted lift tickets for friends and family, and free ski lessons More employee discounts on lodging, food, gear, and mountain shuttles 401(k) Retirement Plan Employee Assistance Program Excellent training and professional development Referral Program Job Responsibilities Teach group and private lessons Work with guests of all ages, with a focus on children Deliver world‑class guest service Create a safe and fun learning environment Support all needs of the snow sports school (scanning, running surface lifts, facilitating lunch, fitting equipment) Provide guest feedback that inspires and creates lifelong skiers Other duties as assigned Job Requirements Must be comfortable and competent skiing on groomed blue terrain Must be willing to work with guests of all ages and have a strong level of comfort with children aged 3 and older Must be able to communicate fluently in English Strong communication skills Must be willing to work weekends / holidays Must be comfortable being in ski boots for an extended period of time Placement as an instructor is contingent upon successfully completing training and meeting the minimum skill, guest service, and safety standards. Additional Requirements for Hires Under Age 18 Submission of a Parental Consent Form upon hire, along with other applicable documents required by state law such as a work permit, physician’s note, and/or proof of birthdate.
