$21 - $25 hourly

Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with referral partners to enhance our network and support our mission.
• Collaborate with the legal team to ensure seamless communication and coordination with referral sources.
• Identify and pursue new referral opportunities to expand our reach and impact in the community.
• Develop and implement strategies to increase referral volume and improve partner satisfaction.
• Monitor and analyze referral trends to provide actionable insights and recommendations to the team.
• Organize and participate in networking events to strengthen our presence and build new connections.
• Ensure timely and accurate reporting of referral activities to support decision-making and strategy development.

Qualifications:

• Experience in business development, outside sales, medical liaising, or legal marketing, preferably within the legal or healthcare industry; high school diploma or equivalent required.

• Excellent written and oral communication skills, with a personable, relationship-first approach to building and maintaining professional relationships with attorneys, medical providers, and community partners.

• Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently with minimal supervision across multiple territories.

• Comfortable with public-facing networking and hosting events in professional settings, including some that occur outside standard business hours (evenings and weekends).

• Working knowledge of the Tampa Bay area and surrounding communities strongly preferred.

• Valid Florida driver's license, clean driving record, and reliable personal vehicle required (mileage reimbursement provided), with willingness to travel daily across assigned territories.

• Able to remain mobile and on your feet at events and site visits, and to lift up to 25 pounds (e.g., event and promotional materials).
