ENG- Supports production and in-service engineering activities by analyzing non-conformances, developing dispositions, and coordinating solutions to ensure product integrity and compliance within a manufacturing environment.

Requirements:

*Aerospace / Manufacturing Engineering
*1st or 2nd Shift (Must be flexible; assigned at offer)
*Must be a U.S. Citizen
*Ability to obtain a Security Clearance
#Education & Job Requirements
*Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Engineering Technology, Chemistry, Physics, Mathematics, Data Science, Computer Science, or related field
*9+ years of related engineering experience with a Bachelor's degree, or 7+ years with a Master's degree, or a PhD with related experience
*Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language

#Job Duties & Functions
*Researches engineering design principles to support the resolution of product and process issues
*Analyzes non-conformances and develops engineering dispositions
*Performs root cause analysis to identify and resolve production issues
*Supports preparation of technical communications and documentation
*Collects and evaluates data to identify trends and product improvement opportunities
*Participates in Material Review Boards and Integrated Product Teams
*Identifies deviations impacting design intent, quality, and safety
*Assists in the development of interim repair solutions for structural discrepancies
*Coordinates with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of engineering issues
