Minimum Qualifications: Basic math skills and ability to handle cash transactions accurately. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks such as lifting and stocking. Prior experience in retail or customer service is preferred but not required. Preferred Qualifications: Experience using point-of-sale (POS) systems and inventory management software. Familiarity with the products sold in the store or retail industry knowledge. Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the sales floor, including restocking shelves and arranging merchandise displays. Answer customer questions regarding products, pricing, and store policies in a professional and courteous manner. Support inventory control by receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and reporting discrepancies to management.
