We are seeking a skilled Cabinet Maker / Finish Carpenter to join our growing team.

Resposabilities:

· Fabricate and assemble custom cabinetry including kitchens, vanities, closets, and bookshelves.

· Read and interpret detailed drawings, cut lists, and measurements.

· Operate woodworking machinery and hand tools safely and effectively.

· Ensure high-quality standards with attention to detail in every project.

· Assist with installations when needed.

· Maintain a clean, organized, and safe shop environment.

What We’re Looking For

· 2+ years of experience in cabinet making, millwork, or finish carpentry.

· Strong knowledge of cabinet construction methods and materials.

· Work with plywood, hardwoods, veneers and other millwork materials.

· Sand, prepare, and finish components as required

· Proficiency with woodworking machines, hand tools, and spray/paint equipment.

· Detail-oriented, reliable, and able to work both independently and as part of a team.

· Strong work ethic and a passion for craftsmanship.

· Must have reliable transportation.

Compensation

· Competitive pay based on experience and skill level.

· Range: $20 – $25 per hour to start (depending on experience).

. Paid vacation after 1 year.

· Performance reviews with potential for raises and bonuses.
