Part Time Conversion Crew

Job Title: Conversion Part Time Department: Conversion Reports to: Conversion Supervisor Pay Rate: $26.25/hour Summary Responsible for setting up and transitioning events at Lumen Field Stadium. As a part time Conversion employee, you will work within a team setting to follow safety protocols and handle physical tasks. This role is event based; therefore, you will be scheduled to meet the demands of the Lumen Field event calendar. Essential Duties and Responsibilities Review all event-based material in order to understand the expectations for the day Execute procedures and proper usage of conversion equipment including but not limited to erecting pipe and drape, topping and skirting tables, setting risers and stages etc Adhere to best safety practices regarding deployment and understanding how to operate equipment to minimize damage Operate a variety of motorized equipment including forklifts, high lifts as well as gas and electric carts Maintain currency in training and certification where needed Assist in enforcement of facility policies regarding use of equipment Maintain proper storage of equipment and tools Provide regular status reports to Conversion Lead Assume responsibility for all rental equipment while it is on site Maintain an organized and clean shop and remote workspaces Complete all company assigned trainings Always strive to maintain a safe workplace Complete projects as assigned Education and Qualifications To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
