Registered Nurse Acute Care

At MLR Healthcare , we are looking for a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Acute Care Unit within a well-established healthcare system in Southern Georgia . In this role, you will collaborate with doctors and specialists to assess, treat, and monitor critically ill patients, while also providing essential and compassionate care.

Schedule: Days/Nights - 3(12)s
Pay : $56,443 - $93,434

Registered Nurse Acute Care Responsibilities:

Assess patients' conditions and initiate treatment while taking vital signs and effectively communicating with patients and their families.
Order diagnostic tests such as x-rays, EKGs, or CT scans, and review results with the physician to determine an appropriate treatment plan.
Serve as a patient advocate, assisting patients in making informed decisions about their health and translating complex medical terminology into understandable language.

Registered Nurse Acute Care Requirements:

BSN or ASN in Nursing
Registered Nurse Licensure from NCLEX-RN
American Association of Critical Care Nurses (AACN)
BLS,CPR
