CNC Programmer – $24+/hr + Growth

What You'll Be Doing

• Program CNC machines for production runs
• Create and edit programs using G-code and CAD/CAM software
• Support CNC mills and lathes in a manufacturing environment
• Troubleshoot machining and programming issues
• Work with production teams to improve efficiency
• Ensure parts meet quality and customer specifications

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of CNC programming experience
• Experience with G-code and CNC machining processes
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Experience That's a Plus

• Mastercam experience
• CNC mill or CNC lathe experience
• Blueprint reading experience
• Quality inspection or CMM experience

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Dubuque, IA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $41.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment. Benefits are subject to change and may be subject to specific elections, plan, or program terms.
