Junior Project Manager

We are seeking motivated recent graduates and early-career professionals with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to build a successful career in Project Management. Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, coordinating, and monitoring project activities from initiation to completion.
• Support Project Managers in developing project plans, schedules, timelines, and resource allocation.
• Track project progress and ensure milestones and deliverables are completed on time.
• Coordinate meetings, prepare agendas, document meeting minutes, and follow up on action items.
• Communicate project status, risks, and updates to stakeholders and team members.
• Identify project risks, issues, and dependencies, and assist in developing mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Maintain project documentation, reports, and dashboards using project management tools.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Assist in ensuring projects are delivered within scope, schedule, and quality standards.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• 0–2 years of experience or academic/project exposure in Project Management.
• Basic understanding of Project Management methodologies, SDLC, Agile, and Scrum principles.
• Familiarity with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Trello, Asana, or Monday.com is a plus.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and reporting tools is preferred.
