IT Business Analyst & Project Specialist

The IT Business Analyst & Project Delivery Specialist supports the delivery of internal and client-facing initiatives by independently leading business analysis activities and partnering closely with project managers and business stakeholders to drive successful outcomes. This role is primarily focused on owning requirements elicitation, documentation, process analysis, and delivery readiness activities, while also contributing to project delivery execution through active management of assigned initiatives or workstreams. This role requires a skilled individual contributor with strong analytical, documentation, and stakeholder engagement capabilities who can translate business and operational needs into clear, actionable artifacts that support effective solution delivery. The position blends deep business analysis expertise with hands‑on project delivery support and is suited for professionals operating with limited supervision while continuing to develop advanced delivery and project leadership skills. NOTE: The successful candidate for this position will have access to information subject to U.S. export controls under the U.S. International Traffic in Arms Regulations (“ITAR”) and/or U.S. Export Administration Regulations (“EAR”). Based on the sensitivity of this information, the successful candidate must be a U.S. Person, as defined by ITAR, or, in the event the applicant is not a U.S. Person, be eligible for export licenses to be obtained from the Department of State, Directorate of Defense Trade Controls (“DDTC”) on a per-project basis to access ITAR and EAR controlled data and information.
