Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) – Full-Time
Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center | Troy, PA

Bradford Hills Nursing & Rehabilitation Center is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Full-Time Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant (COTA) to join our in-house rehabilitation team. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced therapy professionals in a supportive Skilled Nursing and Long-Term Care environment.

Position Details

• Full-Time

• In-House Rehabilitation Program

• Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) / Long-Term Care (LTC)

• Collaborative interdisciplinary team

• Consistent caseload and supportive leadership

• New Graduates Encouraged to Apply

Qualifications

• Current Pennsylvania COTA license or eligibility for licensure

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Commitment to providing high-quality patient care

• SNF/LTC experience preferred, but not required

Technology

• Net Health EMR

Responsibilities

• Implement occupational therapy treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist

• Assist residents in improving functional independence and quality of life

• Accurately document treatments and patient progress

• Collaborate with therapy staff, nursing, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain compliance with facility, state, and federal regulations
