Role Summary
As a Assembly & Test Technician, you will be responsible for conducting standardized tests on a diverse range of aviation equipment. Your meticulous recording and analysis of test results will ensure compliance with industry regulations and safety standards.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Execute Tests : Perform industry-specific tests on aviation equipment, ensuring adherence to established protocols.
• Record and Analyze : Document detailed observations and analyze data to identify performance trends and potential issues.
• Maintain Equipment : Calibrate and maintain testing equipment to guarantee accurate measurements.
• Collaborate : Work with engineering teams to refine testing procedures and enhance equipment reliability.
• Develop Guidelines : Contribute to the development of safety guidelines and best practices within the aviation industry.

Qualifications
You Must Have:

• 2-4 years of experience in the field or a related area.
• Knowledge of industry-specific tests and testing equipment (e.g., calipers, drop mics, bore gauges, inside/outside micrometers).
• Experience with torque wrench use and mechanical systems.
• Familiarity with standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the field.
• Ability to work under direct supervision and accomplish goals with limited experience and judgment.
• Creativity and latitude required for problem-solving.
• Ability to lift weights exceeding 30 lbs. and handle physical risks associated with testing.

This position requires use of information or access to facilities subject to the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR) and/or Export Administration Regulations (EAR). These regulations may limit access of controlled technologies: 1) to U.S. Persons, including U.S. Citizens, lawful permanent residents, and other narrow categories including refugees and asylees, or 2) to certain foreign nationals that have received an export license.                        

Pay Details: $21.00 per hour
