Role Description The Healthcare Recruiter is a full-time, on-site role based in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. This role is responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring qualified healthcare professionals across multiple disciplines, including behavioral health, chiropractic, nutrition, and other integrative services. Day-to-day responsibilities include managing job postings, reviewing applications, conducting initial interviews, coordinating interviews with hiring managers, and supporting candidates through the hiring process. The Healthcare Recruiter maintains strong relationships with internal stakeholders, ensures an excellent candidate experience, and helps build a diverse, mission-driven team. The role also involves maintaining recruitment metrics, participating in workforce planning, and collaborating with leadership to align staffing with organizational goals. Qualifications Demonstrated skills in healthcare staffing and recruiting, including sourcing, screening, and placing healthcare professionals. Experience with hiring processes, such as job posting management, interview coordination, and offer negotiation. Strong customer service orientation, with a focus on providing a positive experience for candidates and internal partners. Excellent communication skills, including clear written communication and confident, professional verbal interaction. Ability to build relationships with clinical and administrative teams and collaborate effectively in a multidisciplinary environment. Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), HR software, and basic recruitment analytics. Knowledge of healthcare or integrative/functional health settings is preferred. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple requisitions in a fast-paced environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
