We're looking for a General Manager who is ready to take full ownership of a high volume quick service restaurant and lead from the front.

What You'll Do

Lead the day to day operations of the restaurant with a focus on quality, service, cleanliness, and profitability.

Recruit, train, coach, and develop a high performing management team and crew.

Drive sales while managing labor, food costs, and overall restaurant expenses.

Ensure food safety, operational standards, and brand procedures are consistently followed.

Create a positive culture that promotes teamwork, accountability, and employee engagement.

Analyze restaurant performance and implement action plans to improve results.

Deliver an exceptional guest experience and quickly resolve customer concerns.

Maintain compliance with all company policies, health regulations, and safety standards.

What We're Looking For

Previous General Manager experience in a quick service restaurant.

Strong leadership skills with a proven ability to motivate and retain teams.

Experience managing restaurant financials, including labor and food cost controls.

Demonstrated success improving sales, profitability, and operational performance.

Excellent communication and problem solving skills.

Comfortable working in a fast paced, hands on environment.

Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed.
