Role Responsibilities

Education Requirements

• MD or DO from an accredited medical institution.
• Completion of an accredited residency in Family Medicine.

Certifications

• Certification in Family Medicine.
• Eligible for (or currently possess) an active Hawaii medical license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications are a plus.
