Job Description

Job Summary:
Performs computed tomography (CT) imaging procedures to assist in patient diagnosis and treatment. Ensures high-quality images are captured accurately and efficiently while maintaining patient safety and comfort.

Responsibilities:

• Operate CT imaging equipment to produce diagnostic images as prescribed by physicians.
• Prepare patients for imaging procedures, explaining process and addressing concerns.
• Monitor patients during scans to ensure safety and comfort.
• Maintain equipment, ensure calibration, and adhere to safety protocols.
• Document procedures accurately and manage patient records.
• Collaborate with healthcare team to optimize imaging procedures and patient outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Certified Radiologic Technologist (ARRT Certified in Radiography and CT).
• Proven experience operating CT imaging equipment.
• Strong knowledge of anatomy and radiation safety protocols.
• Excellent patient care and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Flexibility to work weekends and overnight shifts.
