What you’ll do * Support Equities Technology leadership in day-to-day organizational operations, including financial management, headcount tracking, operating priorities, and coordination across Technology teams. * Manage or assist with budget tracking and analysis, including headcount, vendor spend, and key initiatives, in partnership with Finance and HR. * Develop a strong understanding of Equities Technology processes, systems, and dependencies, to support planning, identify risks, and flag potential issues. * Document and improve operating processes, procedures, and system dependencies, and identify and implement best practices. * Support preparation for leadership meetings, town halls, and stakeholder updates, ensuring communication is clear, accurate, and well-organized. * Partner with Technology and delivery teams to help drive organizational initiatives, set priorities, track progress, and support successful execution. * Bring structure and clarity to execution and communication, supporting consistent framework for reporting, planning, and cross-team coordination. What’s REQUIRED * Bachelor’s degree in computer science, business, economics, or a related field. * 3-8 years of experience in a technology business analyst, operations, COO support, or consulting role

• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, and AI tools
• Self-starter with the ability to identify roadblocks and develop solutions
• Familiarity with buy-side business environments or demonstrated ability to

learn

• Superior written and verbal communication skills
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast-paced
