Quick Facts Location: Minneapolis, MN (800 East 28th Street) Start Date: 10/12/2026 End Date: 02/01/2027 Shift: 8, 10, and 12-hour shifts (e.g., 6:30 AM 5:00 PM, 6:30 AM 7:00 PM) Hours/week: Minimum 36 hours; full-time coverage (40 hrs/week) Employment Type: Contract/Temporary Licenses/Certifications: MN RN and CNRA license required Experience: At least 1 year of CRNA experience Location & Coverage: Must reside 50+ miles from Abbott Northwestern; supervised care model Pay & Benefits Hourly Pay Rate: $218.59/hour Weekly Pay Schedule: Via direct deposit Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time (per laws) Licensure, certification, travel, and housing reimbursements when applicable Ongoing support from a dedicated team What You ll Do Provide anesthesia care in a tertiary hospital setting supporting adult patients (12+) Work within a supervised care model, supporting a team of anesthesia aides Cover scheduled day shifts, with optional on-call hours, including occasional overnight shifts Support specialized procedures; note that blocks, epidurals, and spinals are not performed Work with Epic EMR system to document care Participate in a structured orientation and adhere to credentialing timelines What You Need Valid MN RN and CRNA licensure ACLS and BLS Tier 2 certifications Minimum 1 year of CRNA experience Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to commit to a flexible schedule with at least two consecutive weeks per month initially About the Assignment Join a reputable, Level III tertiary hospital in Minneapolis known for specialized adult care.
