Graduate Nurse

Begin a rewarding career at Baylor Scott & White Health as a Graduate Nurse. Offering entry-level nursing roles and opportunities for lifelong learning and career growth. Recent nursing graduates and inexperienced people can join our nursing internships. Our program combines theory and hands-on training. It prepares you for diverse patient care. Our nurses have the freedom to improve patient care. We use shared leadership, allowing all nurses to help create clinical policies. Internship starts on September 21, 2026.

Required:

New graduate from an accredited ADN, BSN, or MSN degree in Nursing
(RN) Registered Nurse with ADN, BSN, or MSN if seeking new specialty training.
Must be certified in Basic Life Support or obtain certification within 30 days of hire

Preferred:

BSN
3.0 nursing GPA or higher
Some experience in a hospital setting
