Staff Integrations Engineer

A company is looking for a Staff Integrations Engineer to serve as a high-impact individual contributor in software engineering and solution delivery. Key Responsibilities: Own end-to-end delivery of customer integrations, including design and implementation of data pipelines Act as a technical advisor to customers, translating requirements into clear solutions and guiding integration approaches Troubleshoot and improve systems by identifying root causes of issues and implementing durable fixes Required Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in software, integrations, or forward-deployed engineering Strong programming skills in Python, Go, or similar languages Experience with healthcare interoperability standards such as HL7, FHIR, ADT, and CDA Proven ability to design and build data pipelines and integrations Familiarity with security and compliance requirements (e.g., HIPAA, SOC 2)
