A 99-bed community hospital in northern Illinois is hiring family medicine physicians. Ideal for medical professionals looking for an excellent facility in a first-class community. The group is looking for candidates for its sites in Dixon and Sterling, IL.
About the Opportunity:
- Team of 77 physicians and 75 advanced practice providers with 35 different specialties
- Environment that will offer a comfortable work-life balance

- Large call pool
- Position can be strictly outpatient or traditional IP/OP
Compensation/Benefits:
- Base salary ($310K to $375K) plus wRVU production incentives

Location/Community:
- Located in northern Illinois, just 2 hours west of Chicago
- Suburban community of approximately 26,000 residents
- Within reasonable driving distance to great boating, hunting, and fishing. The community has something for everyone: an academy with lessons and classes (music, performing, and/or visual arts), an active park district with a gymnastics center, indoor pool, indoor track, and turf field, four indoor tennis courts, an 8,000 square foot fitness center, and much more. As well as public and private schooling options.
