Role Description The Enterprise Solutions Architect is a full-time, on-site role based in San Diego, CA. This role designs and oversees end-to-end enterprise solutions that align HummingBird’s platform capabilities with client business processes and technology environments. Day-to-day responsibilities include gathering and analyzing requirements, creating solution and integration architectures, and ensuring seamless connectivity with enterprise systems such as ATS, VMS, ERP, and other HR technologies. The Enterprise Solutions Architect partners closely with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to develop scalable implementation plans, lead technical discovery and design sessions, and provide guidance on best practices for enterprise deployment. The role also involves producing technical documentation, supporting complex proof-of-concept initiatives, and continuously refining architectural standards to improve performance, security, and operational efficiency. Qualifications Strong skills in Business Process analysis and optimization, with the ability to translate talent lifecycle requirements into scalable technical solutions. Proficiency in Solution Architecture, including designing end-to-end system integrations, data flows, and security models across enterprise platforms. Experience in Enterprise Architecture, with knowledge of architectural frameworks, governance, and long-term technology roadmapping. Hands-on experience with Enterprise Software platforms and ecosystems, particularly HR, recruitment, ATS/VMS, and related SaaS solutions. Background in Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) systems and integrating ERP with talent, HR, or workforce management platforms. Relevant experience with cloud architectures (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP), APIs, microservices, and data integration patterns. Ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders and lead cross-functional collaboration. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent practical experience considered. Experience in AI-driven or data-intensive platforms, with an understanding of security, compliance, and responsible AI principles is highly beneficial. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hummingbird
