Asset Backed Finance Associate (Legal)

Our Client is seeking associates with 2-8 years of experience to join the Asset Finance & Securitization team in their Global Finance group. Their dynamic team represents issuers, borrowers, hedge funds, credit funds, banks and underwriters, and other market participants in structuring novel structured and asset finance and sale transactions. If you have an interest in helping clients create complex products involving a wide variety of asset classes, derivatives and other new structures, our team is a great fit for you. Additionally, our practice is top ranked across industry publications, including Chambers and Partners and The Legal 500 US. Salary is $235,000+ commensurate with class year and experience. They are looking for: Prior work with structured finance, including transactions involving some of the following assets is preferred: solar loans, mineral rights, royalties, marketplace loans, credit card receivables, auto loans and leases, mortgages, single-family rental properties, timeshares and trade receivables We are looking to be flexible – open positions can be based out of any of our U.S. locations; we will provide a relocation allowance Interest in learning and developing relationships with a collegial team Large law firm experience strongly preferred Must have previous Biglaw experience. #J-18808-Ljbffr Considine Search
