We are looking for talents to join us on this exciting journey!ResponsibilitiesDesign, develop, and optimize the advanced recommendation systems that power the global e-commerce ecosystem.Balance user experience, ecosystem health, and business objectives through algorithmic solutions to build a healthy, sustainable e-commerce content ecosystem.Formulate real-world user data modeling in statistical learning problems.Design and execute user procedure experiments, tests, and significance analyses by applying statistical test theories to optimize user experience.Research and design ML models to optimize systems, features, algorithms, and product strategies.Collaborate with key stakeholders and cross-functional teams to define product strategy and features, and to assist in defining products and driving initiatives from a ML engineering viewpoint.Mentor junior Machine Learning Engineers and interns.QualificationsMust have a Master’s degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 2 years of related work experience; OR a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Technology, Machine Learning, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field, and 5 years of post-bachelor’s, progressive related work experience.Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in each of the following:Coding using Python or C++;Optimizing, training, and deploying machine learning and deep learning models using PyTorch or TensorFlow;Developing code and identifying issues in Linux environment;Developing data-driven prediction models using classic statistical methods, machine learning, and neural network/deep learning; andUtilizing Big data framework Spark, Hadoop, or Flink.Travel Requirement: International travel required up to 25%.Type: Full time, 40 hours/weekLocation: Bellevue, WASalary Range: $241680 - $456000 per yearTo Apply, click the apply button below.
