Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
• Valid state licensure as an SLP
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC) or eligible Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidate
• Experience working with pediatric populations, particularly in school settings
• Strong assessment, diagnostic, and supervisory skills
• Previous experience overseeing SLPAs preferred

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations to determine students' speech, language, and communication needs
• Develop, implement, and monitor individualized therapy plans
• Supervise and mentor two Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, providing guidance and support
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student progress
