ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Account Associate for Jackie Hunt - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You help grow our office through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage customer accounts and update information in the database.
• Engage with prospective customers through calls, emails, and community outreach.
• Assist customers with policy changes and inquiries.
• Process insurance claims and follow up with customers on claim status.
• Coordinate with underwriters to ensure timely policy issuance.
• Track activity and report progress toward established objectives.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Detail-oriented and organized, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
