Qualifications & Skills:

• Active Occupational Therapist (OT) licensure for Arizona
• Experience providing OT services in a K-12 school environment preferred
• Knowledge of IEP process, documentation, and best practices in school-based therapy
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive OT evaluations and provide clear, detailed documentation
• Deliver direct therapy interventions for students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional skills
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and goals
• Collaborate with teachers, staff, and families to support student achievement
