We are looking for dedicated, nurturing individuals to join our team of teachers!

Willow and Oak Early Learning Center, LLC is dedicated to high-quality childcare that prioritizes teacher-child engagement, developmentally-appropriate practices, and a commitment to caring for the whole child. We lean deeply into being an integral part of the proverbial village for the families we serve.

We have recently grown into a second location, and we are looking to add vibrant, quality talent to our team.

Teachers are responsible for managing all aspects of their classroom (with the aid of a floater). This includes keeping children on the provided schedule, implementing the provided curriculum, actively engaging with the children, providing proper supervision, following the center's behavioral management policies, and tending to care tasks such as changing diapers, assisting with feeding, wiping hands and noses, etc.

Classrooms are busy and full of life, and our ideal candidates will be able to multi-task and manage the flow of the day by being present, prepared, and adaptable to the needs of the children.

Priority will be given to candidates who have already completed and hold current certifications for the following trainings:

• CPR (pediatric first aid and first aid)
• Key Modules 1,2,3 (free from the Louisiana Dept of Education website)
  Mandatory Reporter training (free from the Louisiana DCFS website)
• Free certificates/trainings as offered by the Dept of Louisiana website
