Core Sales Associate – Part Time Location: Tulsa Premium Outlet. Qualifications Demonstrate a results‑oriented selling style with at least 1 year of experience in a high‑performance selling environment. Show a sense of Care in written and verbal communication. Possess the ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all organizational levels. Be at least 18 years old and able to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work. Adapt to a flexible schedule that includes nights, weekends, and holidays; stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds; arrive on time. Maintain a consistent schedule with a minimum availability of 20 hours per week. Dependability is essential: regularly scheduled during peak weeks (up to 21 hours) and critical shifts, without exceeding 30 hours per week. Compensation & Benefits Hourly pay: $12.00 – $15.00, commensurate with experience. Bonus potential and a 401(K) plan to support your financial future. Product discounts and service credit. Hours Typical hours include up to 12 hours per week during base weeks, increasing to 21 hours during peak weeks (maximum 30 hours per week).
