You will coordinate preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and site interventions with regional managers, technicians, customers, and vendors.

You will use Salesforce, Coupa, Scoop, and site-tracking sheets to maintain service records, create/close purchase orders, monitor work status, and resolve invoice
